Measuring and developing how a team works

Good teamwork requires that people accept and utilise the fact that we are all different. In a good team, individuals can have a say in how the team operates and to what end. A successful team works as a dynamic whole sensitive to any external signals of change.

In addition to a good atmosphere and well-being at work, it is important to ensure efficient working conditions for the team members.
Teamwork evaluation is ideal for organisations where all or almost all work is teamwork-based, and the teams have clear goals, responsibilities and a follow-up system. The evaluation can also be used to evaluate the operations of different kinds of work and project groups.

OBJECTIVE
This evaluation is ideal for organisations where all or almost all work is teamwork-based, and the teams have clear goals, responsibilities and a follow-up system. The evaluation can also be used to evaluate the operations of different kinds of work and project groups.

TARGET GROUP
Teams in organisations, and units that operate as teams.

IMPLEMENTATION
The evaluation is carried out as an electronic survey, and the respondents will be invited via e-mail. Accompanying notes and other details related to process communication will be agreed on separately with the client.

DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORKThe starting point used will be group work and internal cooperation. The functionality of the group will be evaluated based on carefully selected main points. These include, for example, the following:

  • Management
  • Cooperation
  • Clarity of goals
  • Atmosphere
  • Scope for influence
  • Willingness to reform

By connecting NATURAL TENDENCIES ANALYSIS™ to the evaluation, the thinking styles natural to different personalities can be incorporated as part of the result coaching to deepen the analysis. The analysis also provides for a separate WORKGROUP TENDENCIES ANALYSIS™ coaching section.

TREATMENT OF RESULTS AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIONS

The analysis includes coaching during which the results of the survey are analysed and conclusions are drawn using participatory group work method.
